The Value Based Readiness Assessment (VBRA) is a GPS for an organization's journey to high-performance under risk-based contracts. The VBRA is a leadership tool comprised of an online survey, staff educational tool, and proprietary analytic model that helps executive leaders tailor their value-based strategy based on the readiness and alignment of the workforce.
ACLC’s online member portal includes a library of all materials produced by the ACLC, as well as resources produced by other notable organizations, such as academic journal articles, white papers, toolkits, etc.
Issue briefs are short summaries (1–2 pages) of major developments in the accountable care movement, such as the release of CMS regulations or performance results. Summaries will be produced within 24 to 48 hours of significant events.

Membership is on an annual basis, commencing as of the date set forth in each member application.
Member acknowledges that all content is the sole and exclusive property of ACLC and its licensors, who retain all right, title, and interest therein. During the membership term, Member is granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensible right and license to use, display or print content solely for its internal business purposes. As a material condition of access to the content, the Member agrees not to sell, license, lease, publish, distribute, retransmit, or otherwise provide access to content, in whole or in part, to any third parties, without the ACLC’s prior written consent. ACLC reserves the right to update, modify, and remove content in its sole discretion.
The Member agrees that the ACLC may publicly identify the Member as a Member on the site and otherwise, provided that the ACLC shall not publicly identify the Member in such fashion if the Member so requests, in writing
