As Medicaid consumes a growing proportion of state budgets, states are pursuing a variety of innovations in hopes of reducing program costs. One such reform is Medicaid accountable care organizations (ACOs). While ACOs have grown more slowly in Medicaid than other payer models, they have shown early success. This webinar reviewed the current status of Medicaid ACOs and their potential role in shaping the future of Medicaid.
